The Harobed & Associates - Professional Employability Transition Project, Corporate Social Responsibility Abuja (H&A-PET Project, CSR Abuja), is an opportunity for Private Organisations and Individuals, to  collaborate with H&A on our Career Transition Programme, delivering our flagship training course, the H&A-PET Workshop FREE of charge to qualifying Candidates in Abuja.

 

We believe that best business value emerges when projects are aligned to clear business goals, deliver frequently and involve the collaboration of motivated and empowered people. Therefore, H&A are teaming with like-minded Organisations and Individuals alike to serve our community, working together to improve access to "Qualification Appropriate" employment opportunities for Nigeria's Youth.

For the H&A-PET Project, CSR Abuja to be successful and remain FREE to ALL Candidates, we are reliant upon Partner and Sponsor funding and support. We recognise the commitment required and of what we are asking others to contribute, and with this said, H&A pledges that for every 50 Candidates sponsored and trained, we will fund and sponsor 5 additional Candidates of our own.

Promoting “Qualification Appropriate” employment for today’s youth, in today’s Nigeria…

H&A-PET Project, Lagos State

H&A originally engaged the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment (MWCE), Lagos State, in April 2016 regarding our Career Transition Training (CTT) Programme presenting a sustainable solution to aide in the effort to end the systemic cycle of youth unemployment as well as underemployment in the state, we have since been appointed as a member of the MWCE’s Steering Committee on Employability Training. As of November 9th, 2016 H&A have been officially endorsed by the Ministry, to work towards delivering the Harobed & Associate’s – Professional Employability Transition (H&A-PET) Workshop across Lagos State to a potential 10,000 unemployed and underemployed Candidates, aiding their transition to "Qualification Appropriate" employment.
