H&A originally engaged the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment (MWCE), Lagos State, in April 2016 regarding our Career Transition Training (CTT) Programme presenting a sustainable solution to aide in the effort to end the systemic cycle of youth unemployment as well as underemployment in the state, we have since been appointed as a member of the MWCE’s Steering Committee on Employability Training. As of November 9th, 2016 H&A have been officially endorsed by the Ministry, to work towards delivering the Harobed & Associate’s – Professional Employability Transition (H&A-PET) Workshop across Lagos State to a potential 10,000 unemployed and underemployed Candidates, aiding their transition to "Qualification Appropriate" employment.

The "H&A-PET Project, Lagos" is a huge undertaking currently targeted for roll-out as phase two of our H&A-PET CSR Programme, and though being delivered in collaboration with the MWCE we do need to secure funding from both the Public and Private sector alike. 

When feasible, we will scale the training platform, delivering the H&A-PET Workshop to multiple Candidate groups throughout Lagos at the same time, via additional training sessions at various venues, facilitating maximum outreach in minimal time.
