How To Get Involved ?

H&A invites Organisations and Individuals alike, to join in our efforts to Promote “Qualification Appropriate” employment for today’s youth, in today’s Nigeria, working together to break the cycle of unemployment as well as underemployment, by contributing funding and lending your support to the H&A-PET Project, CSR Abuja. Be a part of our efforts to deliver career transition training to as many of our local youths as possible, and eventually taking the programme national.

The Harobed & Associates - Professional Employability Transition Project, Corporate Social Responsibility Abuja (H&A-PET Project, CSR Abuja), is an opportunity for Private Organisations and Individuals, to  collaborate with H&A on the first phase of roll-out for our H&A-PET CSR Programme, delivering our flagship training course, the H&A-PET Workshop FREE of charge to qualifying Candidates in Abuja.

 

We believe that best business value emerges when projects are aligned to clear business goals, deliver frequently and involve the collaboration of motivated and empowered people. Therefore, H&A are teaming with like-minded Organisations and Individuals alike to serve our community, working together to improve access to "Qualification Appropriate" employment opportunities for Nigeria's Youth.

For the H&A-PET Project, CSR Abuja to be successful and remain FREE to ALL Candidates, we are reliant upon Partner and Sponsor funding and support. We recognise the commitment required and of what we are asking others to contribute, and with this said, H&A pledges that for every 50 Candidates sponsored and trained, we will fund and sponsor 5 additional Candidates of our own.

H&A have developed Partner and Sponsor packages to accommodate varying levels of support, with associated benefits to ensure that all stakeholders involved in making the H&A-PET Project, CSR Abuja a success can be rewarded and acknowledged for their CSR patronage.

Partner Package

The Partner Package is designed for Individuals and Organisations, as sponsoring Partners, to fund independent projects. Training at least 200 Candidates under the starter bundle package. Your Project will be named to reflect Partner support i.e. H&A - PET Project, CSR Abuja <Your Name Here>, and you/your organisation will be promoted as project Partner via all media engagements and coverage.

Sponsor Package

The Sponsor Package is designed for Individuals and Organisations to pool their resources together in delivering one workshop to 50 Candidates. Sponsor funding will be prioritised by date to a specific Candidate group, once a complete round of funding has been secured we will then begin registration, promotion, and organising an H&A-PET Workshop for delivery.

How
The Purpose

The purpose of the project is to collaborate with like-minded Organisations in giving back to society offering Candidates the opportunity to take control of their professional development.

It is our assertion at H&A that every individual who has the requisite qualifications to perform in a specified role and/or career path should know how to access that industry and profession.

This project delivers the H&A-PET Workshop to Youth Corpers in groups of up to 50 Candidates at a time, where we teach coach and empower, young professionals to implement an effective job search campaign.

The H&A-PET Workshop ensures that once qualified, each Candidate has the best chance of securing "Qualification Appropriate" employment in their chosen field.
